(same email and pasword)
and click on 'My Clients'
Click on the Add client icon
Fill in the e-mail address from the BlueMatic account you created for the customer
and send invitation
The customer will grant you full (viewing&operate) or limited (only viewing) access.
Once accepted the customer will appear in your list of customers
(the customer can stop your access at any time)
